1.Whether it can support remote display and printer?
It can support remote display and printer very well.The remote display that can control call state and printer is powerful.

2.How to manage this payphone?
Due to different manager,the payphone has three class popedom: Primary mangager, secondary manager, super manager.You can modify different parameter only if the popedom is open.

3.How to check call bill?
First,please be into menu state and find traffic file,then you will see total.You can find Grandtotal, Yearly Total, Monthly Total, Daily Total, Search..Searching bill need setting start time and end time.

4.Whether it can be used in different area?
It’s ok.Fixed wireless terminal is tri-band(850/1800/1900 MHz,900/1800/1900MHz).Please be sure where will use these products when you purchase our products.

5.How is signal for the product?

6.Why searching net is so long time and the signal is weak?
Maybe you made a mistake.Be sure the right product is used right area.For example,the terminal including 850/1800MHz be used in the area that supports 900/1800 MHz.Then the terminal need a long time to search net and the signal is weak.

7.Whether we can use it when power cut?
Back-up rechargeable batteries,the terminal can be used as normal when power cut.
